Which is the easiest way to get to downtown Toronto by public transportation?

Is it possible to get a SIM card?

You can find it in both terminals, before security everyday from 10 am to 10 pm, In T1 in international arrivals and in T3 near the Information Booth.
Is there free internet access?
While at Pearson Airport, you can use free Wi-Fi courtesy of American Express. Log in to free Wi-Fi at the airport and select “Toronto Pearson Public Wi-Fi” from the list of available networks. Launch your internet browser and type in a website (eg. torontopearson.com), then accept the terms and conditions. Select “Connect”. iPads are available and free to use in the lounge areas located near airport departure gates. Take a seat and browse the internet while waiting for your flight.
How to transfer between the terminals?

What to do in case of a long layover?
There are many duty free shops in both terminals as well as dining. Toronto Pearson airport also offer many services including nursing pods and children’s play areas, Service Animal & Pet Relief, several VIP lounges in both terminals with beverages, food, relax areas, and the Sheraton Gateway (with direct access to Terminal 3) in case you have an overnight waiting.
Are there currency exchange desks?
The International Currency Exchange (ICE) office buys and sells over 70 international currencies. There are several desks in both terminals. You can also, reserve online and simply use “Click and collect” and experience no fees, competitive exchange rates and no advance payment. Select your collection point and date, choose your currency and pick up your currency and pay in-store.
What to do in case of loss of valuables or luggage?
Report an item you lost in Pearson Airport’s terminals, parking garages, or the Link train between terminals.
Items are held for 30 days from the date they are turned in.
Visit the lost and found office in Terminal 1 or submit a report online. You will receive a confirmation email with a report number. The airport’s lost and found office will search its inventory for 30 days and notify you of the result by email.
For lost passports of all nationalities are turned into the Canada Border Services Agency. To claim a lost passport, call their Terminal 1 office at 905-676-3640 or their Terminal 3 office at 905-612-5416.
For items left on the aircraft and for any lost checked luggage, contact your airline.
Is there a luggage storage service?
Baggage storage facilities are available at the Travel Store, with locations on the Departures Level of Terminals 1 and 3.
The Travel Store in Terminal 1 is on: (416) 776-2247, and in Terminal 3: (905) 612-6677. There are no luggage lockers at Pearson Airport.
Where is the meeting point area?
If you’re planning to wait for travelling friends and family inside the terminal, you’ll find meeting areas on the Arrivals level, just outside the baggage claim.
Are there pharmacies available?
There are 3 24-hour contactless mini pharmacies offering over the counter essentials such as cold medications, lozenges, feminine products, teeth care kits, allergy and intolerance pills and PPE Kits. There are two in T1 (before and after security) and one in T3 before security. In addition, a full-service pharmacy is available (8:00 am to 9:00 pm) in T1 before security, where you can pick up travel essentials, including prescription or over-the-counter medication, nutritional supplements, beauty products or snacks and drinks.
Is there any free parking area?
For quick visits, take advantage of the free cell phone waiting area (up to 45 minutes), but you must turn off your vehicle and stay with it at all times. Also you can use the curbside pick-up and drop-offs, but here waiting is not allowed. So you may stop briefly outside the Arrivals and Departure areas at both terminals. SEE PARKING OPTIONS
Are there electric vehicle charging stations?
There are 53 Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations that can be found in multiple convenient locations at the airport. EV charging is free with paid parking at both terminals and is included with Valet parking.
