Taxis, limos, Uber and Lyft
Taxi and limos are available on the arrivals levels at both terminals. For your safety and security, be sure to choose a licensed taxi or limo.
They charge flat rates – no surge pricing – to Toronto destinations, accept all major credit cards and meet safety requirements. Airport limos are premium black cars and charge approximately 10% more than a taxi.
Go to the designated pick up area on the terminal curbs, Arrivals Level.
Look for the GTAA number plate on the bumper and decal on the window.
Use the fare estimate tool of the official airport website or ask about the flat rate fare information in the vehicle.
Where to hire a taxi or limo
Licensed taxis and limos do not pick up passengers inside the terminals or parking garages.
Terminal 1 – Arrivals Level
Taxis: Door D
Limos: Door C
Terminal 3 – Arrivals Level
Taxis: Doors D, E and F
Limos: Door F
Service animals and mobility aids
If you are travelling with a service animal, you can take the first vehicle in the taxi or limo line-up. Passengers with mobility aids cannot be refused, hindered or charged additional fees to transport their equipment.
For uberX and XL pickups:
Terminal 1: Ground Level, Door Q (Inner Curb)
Terminal 3: Arrivals Level, Zone 3 (Outer Curb)
Look for the blue curb.
For Black, SUV and Select pickups:
Terminal 1: Arrivals Level, Curbside Door A
Terminal 3: Arrivals Level, Curbside Column 9
Terminal 1: Arrivals level (ground level), inner curb between posts P3 through Q1
Terminal 3: Arrivals level (ground level), outer curb between posts C14 through C30
The Lyft app moves the passenger’s pin to an approved pickup area. If you’re having trouble finding each other, make sure you have both gone to the pin’s location and are on the correct level of the airport.
